At ViralyTix, we maintain complete transparency with our users regarding payments and refunds. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand how it works:
- 1. Non-Refundable Wallet Funds:
Once funds are added to your ViralyTix wallet (through UPI, Crypto, Card, or other gateways), they are considered final and non-refundable. No reversals or disputes will be entertained.
- 2. Order Placement & Processing:
Once an order has been placed and moved into processing, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please review the service description carefully before proceeding.
- 3. Partial Order Refunds (Auto Wallet Credit):
If your order is only partially completed due to service limitations, the remaining undelivered amount will be automatically credited back to your ViralyTix wallet. You don’t need to raise a support request for this.
- 4. Order Cancellations:
If an order gets canceled for any reason — including delivery issues or user-side errors — the unused amount will be instantly refunded back to your wallet.
- 5. KPI Delays & Revisions:
Some services may take longer than average to complete due to technical issues, server load, or third-party platform delays. If orders fail or remain incomplete, refunds are processed automatically to your wallet. ViralyTix only delivers what is technically possible — delays or partial completion do not warrant full refunds.
- 6. No Refunds on Incorrect Links or Private Accounts:
Orders placed with wrong, broken, restricted content, or private links/accounts will not be eligible for refunds. It’s your responsibility to ensure the correctness and public status of links before ordering.
- 7. Incorrect Manual Format (Bulk Orders):
Bulk orders submitted with incorrect format (e.g., wrong service ID, missing quantity, unsupported link types) will be marked failed and are non-refundable. Use this format per line: service_id | link | quantity.
- 8. Read Service Descriptions Carefully:
Each service comes with detailed information about speed, refill policies, and limitations. Refunds will not be issued if users skip these descriptions and place incompatible orders.
- 9. No Refill = No Refill:
If a service is marked as "No Refill" or "No Guarantee," we do not offer any compensation in case of drops or decline. Please select services with refill labels (e.g. “30 Days♻️ Refill”) if you need backup support.
- 10. Payment Disputes = Permanent Ban:
Initiating chargebacks or false claims will result in immediate account suspension, blacklisting, and denial of future access.
- 11. Always Test First:
For large orders, we recommend beginning with a small test to avoid service mismatch or unexpected behavior. We are not liable for user-side mistakes on large transactions.
- 12. Platform Policy Changes / Force Majeure:
Refunds may not be applicable in case of service delivery failure due to third-party changes, platform bans, or technical outages beyond our control.
- 13. Payment Gateway Deductions:
Some third-party payment processors may deduct transaction fees. These fees are non-refundable and out of our control.
- 14. Repeated Abuse of Refunds:
If a user is found repeatedly exploiting refund loopholes or misusing refund requests, their account may be permanently restricted or banned without notice.
